Meet Tom Bashe Broker Associate

My name is Tom Bashe, and I am a broker associate with Coldwell Banker Realty and team lead of the Bashe Team. I have been licensed for almost 20 years, and have sold upwards of 500 homes and condos since 2003. I have over 150 five star client reviews across Yelp, Google & Zillow as I pride myself in treating my clients like family. The Real Estate market is up almost 15% in the past year, with multiple offers and bidding wars becoming the new norm. Choosing the right Realtor to work with can make all the difference between closing escrow next month vs. constantly having your offers rejected as the market continues to climb 1% a month. I would love to have a quick phone call to discuss whether my team is the right fit for your real estate needs.

About Huntington Cove

If you are looking for affordable housing in a great location then Huntington Cove is the place for you. This townhome community is one of the least expensive in the western region of Huntington Beach, California.

Huntington Cove is one of the smallest townhome developments in the city with only 69 units that were built between 1976 and 1976. Amenities include a community pool, spa, and clubhouse with pool table. The common areas as well as the streets are lined with trees and lush grassy areas. All of the units have plenty of windows to let in the California sunshine.

These townhomes are two stories with open floor plans and vaulted ceilings. The kitchens are large with plenty of storage and each home has an attached double garage with washer and dryer hookups. Most of the homes also have guest powder rooms and each unit has a private front patio. There is also extra parking throughout the neighborhood. The two bedroom units have a little over 1,010 square feet of living space and the three bedrooms have over 1,400 square feet. The Home Owners Association dues are low and include fire insurance.

There are several private schools in the Huntington Beach area including St. Bonaventure School, Hebrew Academy, Liberty Christian School, and The Pegasus School. The public school system offers many highly ranked schools like Agnes L. Smith Elementary School, Ethel Dwyer Middle School, and Huntington Beach High School.

Huntington Cove is just minutes from the beaches, Huntington Beach Pier, and Downtown where you’ll find some of the best shopping and dining in Orange County. Within walking distance you’ll find a drive-up Starbucks, a bank, and a grocery store. There are many shopping centers in this region like Bella Terra, 5 Points Plaza, Fashion Island, and the Outlets at Orange. The beaches and bay offer many water activities like fishing, swimming, parasailing, and rowing.
